The Tecpel DIT-510 Infrared Thermometer is a compact design for simple one hand operation. It offers 10:1 DS Ratio. Advanced infrared technology combined with laser sighting is used to measure surface temperatures without touching the desired objects.

The thermometers can measure close up or at distance enabling ease of measurement for hard to reach, hazardous or moving materials.
Tough Valox housing, Backlit LCD and Auto hold function are all incorporated in this unit.

Q; can I use this thermometer to accurately measure the temperature of hot / cold water running from a tap?
A; You can use this item to check the temperature of water running through pipes, but for water leaving the tap you would need a meter with an immersion sensor.
