The HI 99104 is the ideal pocket tester. Designed with a 0.01pH resolution and two point manual calibration through easy to reach trimmers, it immediately displays pH variations to reflect the smallest change in the sample.
Unlike conventional testers, the HI99104 has a long slim stem, ideal for measurements in small sample or test tubes.
The HI 99104 is supplied with a rugged plastic body electrode and a screw connector that allows for quick and easy electrode replacement.

Q:Is this pH meter need to be calibrated? How to do the calibration? Do we need to calibrate it by ourselves?
A: All pH meters need to be calibrated on a reqular basis by using buffer solutions.

Q; Should the tester always be cleaned with the Hannah solution or is water ok?
A; Generally water is ok but cleaning solution helps removed more stubborn debris.
Q; What is the buffer solution used for?
A; This is used for calibrating which is to be carried out on a regular basis.
Q; What is the storage solution for & how should it be used? Is it necessary?
A; Storage solution is necessary to keep the probe moist when not in use.
