I am in the UK, what shipping options are open to me?
These are the
delivery options available.
Free Super Saver Delivery = Place an order of £35 or
more and have you order delivered for free with Royal Mail.
Small Orders = For orders under £35, a small
handling charge of £2.99 will be charged.
Urgent Orders - Special Delivery - Receive your
order before 1pm the following working day.= £6.00
Important note: We must receive your order by 12pm in order to despatch for
delivery the following working day. Should the item not be in-stock, we will
call you to inform you and arrange an alternative delivery method.
I am in
mainland Europe, with an EU address, what delivery options are open to me?
We charge £8 for the first item, and then £2.50 for each item thereafter.
You should receive your order within 1 week.
I am outside the EU, what delivery options do I have?
We charge £15 for the first item and then £3 for each item thereafter. You
should receive your order within 2 weeks. We use International Signed For
Delivery (Mail Service)

can arrange a quotation for you.
I live in the EU but you are charging me UK VAT. Is
that right?
Yes, as we are a company based in the UK, UK tax rules state
we must charge EU customers our VAT (17.5%). For those customers with a valid EU
VAT number, you are able to enter this during registeration. You will then be
exempt from paying the UK VAT.
I live in Jersey, Guernsey Alderney or
Sark, will you charge me VAT? Providing we ship your order to one of the
places listed above, your order will be exempt from the UK VAT. At the moment we
cannot accept your order via the internet, so you should contact our sales
office on 01254 776343 in order for us to process your order.
